Agreement to Terms

• Your content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your content does not contain unlawful, harmful, or objectionable material

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXTENSION HUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our Services
• Damages caused by errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE ANY PAYMENTS.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Extension Hub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your user-generated content

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue our Services at any time without notice

• Suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for:

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.
